As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, driving revenue growth through face-to-face interactions and strategic relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending local business events.
- Demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients and present customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management team to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Track daily activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and consistently meet monthly quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently, manage a high volume of leads, and stay organized.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for client visits.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
