Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships across Fort Worth metroplex
- Generate new business through strategic prospecting and cold outreach
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 25+ client appointments weekly
- Present tailored solutions to B2B clients in manufacturing and distribution sectors
- Leverage CRM systems to track sales pipeline and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel 70% of time across North Texas
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience selling industrial/commercial equipment/services
