As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll leverage cutting-edge CRM tools to identify and engage high-potential clients across diverse industries. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new business clients through phone, email, and digital channels
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads using Salesforce CRM and sales automation tools
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations to match solutions with client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to optimize sales processes
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in CRM with 100% accuracy
- Participate in weekend shift training sessions and weekly sales strategy meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport via phone/video
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling techniques
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with flexibility for occasional weekday training
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
