- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our CRM and POS systems.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to drive overall team performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated during night hours.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
