Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads during the night shift.
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively address client inquiries to build trust.
- Close deals and secure contracts for our premium service offerings.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer feedback to the sales leadership team.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or customer success.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Availability to work a full-time night shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
