Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients via phone and email to qualify leads and generate interest.
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle inbound/outbound sales inquiries effectively.
- Close deals and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the day shift leadership team to align on pipeline strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to better serve clients.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or similar).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot (CRM experience is a plus).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
