Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research within the local territory.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our value proposition to potential clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Track all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales, account management, or business development.
- Valid Texas Driverβs License and a clean driving record.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Self-motivated individual with a high level of energy and a competitive spirit.
