Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the El Paso region through networking and cold calling.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients using Salesforce CRM.
- Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and territory planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and coachable with a strong work ethic.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
