- Close 15-20 deals monthly with average $1,500+ deal value
- Exceed monthly KPIs for conversion rates and revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead nurturing sequences
- Weekly performance reviews with personalized coaching
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and activity tracking
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with trackable results
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Proven ability to close complex enterprise deals
- Strong negotiation skills with consultative approach
- BA/BS or equivalent sales certification preferred
- Spanish bilingual proficiency required
