Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outreach (cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn)
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise-level SaaS solutions
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline metrics
- Develop deep product knowledge to deliver compelling value propositions
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($1M+ annual preferred)
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with Pacific Northwest business landscape preferred
