Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with new B2B clients across El Paso and surrounding areas
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through strategic account management
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience in B2B environment
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Spanish fluency highly valued for diverse client interactions
