Job Summary
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals within your assigned territory. You will act as the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive world-class service while driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to demonstrate product value and drive sales.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and renewal.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development (B2B preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for client visits.
