Responsibilities
- Generate New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new market opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and professional sales presentations to prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals and secure favorable contracts.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system regarding client interactions and sales activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Demonstrated Track Record: A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-driven individual who is comfortable working independently and managing a territory.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
