Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territory (IN/VA)
- Prospect and acquire new commercial clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present product demonstrations and close sales agreements
- Build/maintain client relationships with C-level executives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
- Exceed quarterly sales targets consistently
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing preferred
- Ability to travel 40% of time (IN/VA territory)
