Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of 50+ warm leads through personalized outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Exceed monthly sales targets by identifying client needs and proposing tailored solutions
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to track interactions, update records, and forecast sales
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly training sessions to sharpen skills
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions in the Philadelphia area
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts simply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn CRM platforms
- Resilience and persistence in handling objections and achieving goals
- Valid authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be available for occasional evening events and monthly team outings
