Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers through outbound calls, emails, and CRM engagement
- Exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating product value propositions to diverse client segments
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline data using Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction

- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun) with potential weekday flexibility for training
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B customer experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions simply
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities in high-volume sales environments
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
