Responsibilities
- Develop and execute daily sales plans to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations within the local Atlanta region.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Track sales metrics and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Build strong rapport with customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Participate in weekly team training and strategy sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or business development roles.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality.
