Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to track pipeline activities and update customer records.
- Present product demonstrations and close sales over the phone in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and campaign performance.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Telemarketing, or Customer Service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a previous role.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the standard schedule.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (or similar CRM).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
