Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify new business opportunities in the DC and Pennsylvania area.
- Conduct needs analysis calls to understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate contracts to close deals and exceed monthly quotas.
- Manage a robust pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales pitches and collateral.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Attend weekly sales training sessions to sharpen skills and learn new market strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation (entry-level candidates with high drive considered).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
