- Manage and update the CRM database with accurate prospect and customer information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to qualify for quarterly performance bonuses.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while handling objections and closing deals.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (entry-level candidates with high motivation considered).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunger for commission-based earnings.
