Responsibilities
- Generate new business through active prospecting and cold calling within the Dallas metro area.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to account management and renewal.
- Track all sales activities and pipeline data accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (Company Car/Allowance provided).
- Proven track record of success in sales or a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote field setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
