Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through in-person client visits across Phoenix Valley
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed monthly targets
- Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts on-site
- Utilize CRM system to track sales activities and pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation
- Attend weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience in B2B environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (company car provided)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
