Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients within the Jacksonville area through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Manage your own sales pipeline and CRM records with precision.
- Attend weekly training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales or business development is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies.
