The Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Apex Growth Solutions, meeting with potential clients face-to-face to demonstrate our premium products and services. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value contracts.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals in the Houston area.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when necessary.
