Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads within the Denver metropolitan area using various channels.
- Conduct high-energy, face-to-face sales presentations to potential clients and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through aggressive outbound efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging based on market feedback.
- Attend weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events to sharpen your skillset.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the company CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or commission-based sales.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a demanding schedule, and hit deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn uncapped income and growth potential.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
