Responsibilities
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through new business development and relationship management.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business leads within the Charlotte metro area.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage a consistent territory pipeline to ensure consistent monthly quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies.
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales workshops to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who possess a hunger for success and a strong work ethic.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development (entry-level candidates with high drive will be considered).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn.
