Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase value.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or business-to-business sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required for client meetings).
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a 'no quit' attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
