Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings across Philadelphia metropolitan area (avg. 5-8 meetings/day)
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through networking and industry events
- Present tailored solutions to C-level decision-makers in technology sector
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong familiarity with Philadelphia business landscape and regional networking hubs
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for daily client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or enterprise software
