Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize market penetration
- Prospect and acquire new B2B clients through cold calls, networking events, and referrals Conduct on-site product demonstrations and solution-based presentations
- Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized client solutions
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with complex enterprise deals
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to travel 60-70% of time across assigned territory
- Spanish bilingual proficiency required
