Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business with enterprise clients in Charlotte, NC and Virginia territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed monthly/quarterly targets
- Present complex technical solutions to C-level decision-makers
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling
- Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows to generate leads
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Self-motivated with hunter mentality and uncapped commission mindset
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with executive presence
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to travel 60% of time within assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
