Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
- Demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients, addressing objections and facilitating the sales process.
- Manage a robust pipeline within our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and maintain accurate data.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and expansion of accounts.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
