The Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue for our enterprise clients. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals over the phone and email.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with a hunger for learning and growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
