Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and qualify inbound leads, demonstrating products and services to potential clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, update pipeline data, and forecast revenue accurately.
- Overcome objections and negotiate terms to close deals, ensuring a seamless handoff to the fulfillment team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
- Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts to ensure a consistent flow of prospects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot preferred).
