Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients across Southeast Michigan
- Develop customized solutions to meet client needs in industrial sales
- Execute full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Maintain CRM data pipeline and weekly activity reporting
- Collaborate with product team on market feedback and product enhancements
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic account management
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and negotiation tactics
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to travel 60-70% across Southeast Michigan
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
