Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets
- Prospect and acquire new business through cold outreach, networking events, and referral programs
- Conduct in-person client presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate complex contracts while maintaining long-term client relationships
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with marketing to develop localized campaigns
- Attend weekly performance reviews and quarterly sales conferences
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience with verifiable track record
- Proven ability to close 6+ figure deals independently
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
- Spanish language proficiency (bilingual preferred)
- Resilience to handle rejection and self-motivation
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings/weekends
