Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients to identify needs and close deals.
- Manage and maintain a high volume of leads using Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (experience in tech or service industries preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
