Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Client Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to qualified prospects to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close sales over the phone to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Account Management: Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales, outbound calling, or lead generation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Goal-Oriented: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating web-based software platforms.
