Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calls, networking, and in-person prospecting in San Diego County
- Present and demonstrate products/services to C-level decision-makers
- Close 15-20 deals monthly while maintaining 85%+ client retention
- Utilize CRM to track sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted campaigns
- Attend weekly sales training and quarterly incentive trips
Qualifications
- 2+ years proven outside sales experience with verifiable commission history
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
- Strong negotiation skills and closing track record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish fluency highly valued for diverse client base
