Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key B2B clients in Indianapolis and surrounding areas
- Present product solutions through personalized demonstrations and consultative selling
- Track and report daily sales activities using our CRM platform
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in underserved markets
- Achieve daily commission milestones for immediate pay
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience in B2B environment
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
