Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new B2B clients in Philadelphia metro area through strategic cold calls, networking events, and digital outreach
- Develop customized solutions to meet client needs while consistently exceeding quarterly sales quotas
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and onboarding
- Maintain detailed client records in Salesforce CRM and provide weekly performance analytics
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and campaign effectiveness
- Represent company at industry events and trade shows to build brand presence
- Mentor junior sales associates on best practices and closing techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven outside sales experience with demonstrable quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
