Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with B2B SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Data-driven mindset with analytical approach to sales forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
