Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified leads and close new business
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document customer interactions and track sales pipeline
- Develop personalized sales pitches and presentations for diverse client portfolios
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted email campaigns and webinars
- Exceed monthly sales quotas through consistent prospecting and follow-up
- Participate in weekly sales training workshops to refine negotiation techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and build long-term relationships
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years sales/customer service experience, recent graduates welcome
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce training provided)
- Strong verbal communication skills with persuasive phone presence
