Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and schedule face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate our company’s industry-leading products and services to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to refine sales strategies and pitch materials.
- Manage a daily sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM data entry.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team building activities.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required; we are looking for attitude and coachability.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage a diverse range of audiences.
- A positive attitude and a hunger to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (required for remote candidates in VA).
- Ability to work independently while being an active participant in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
