Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualify leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Present our products and services to potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target demographics and optimize outreach strategies.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field (preferred for part-time roles).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive, consultative approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales quotas.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work part-time hours (e.g., 20-25 hours per week) during business hours.
