Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through targeted outbound calls and email campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients across Pennsylvania and Kentucky
- Present product solutions and close sales deals while meeting/exceeding monthly targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in CRM system
- Attend weekly sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and techniques
- Track and report key performance metrics to sales leadership
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls daily
