Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and present tailored solutions to close sales.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system in real-time.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work effectively on a weekend shift.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
