Responsibilities
- Generate new business through strategic prospecting and cold outreach in Dallas metropolitan area
- Execute weekend sales appointments (Saturday/Sunday) with high-net-worth clients
- Develop customized solutions and present compelling product demonstrations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional follow-up
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction
- Collaborate with digital marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate pipeline management and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding targets
- Availability to work full weekend shifts (Saturday 8am-5pm, Sunday 10am-6pm)
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex deals
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
