Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise accounts in Philadelphia and surrounding regions
- Conduct high-impact face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ client retention rates
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline and forecast with 95%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted account strategies
- Present monthly performance reports to sales leadership with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong background in SaaS/enterprise technology sales or similar complex solutions
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate technical value propositions
- Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and proposal tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 60% of time within territory
- PHL-based candidates preferred (must live within 30-mile radius of Philadelphia)
