Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with consistent performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Utilize Salesforce and sales tools to track pipeline and forecast revenue
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Document all sales activities accurately in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with night shift schedule (11 PM - 8 AM EST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
