Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the local Seattle market and surrounding regions.
- Conduct high-value sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing the deal.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through follow-up and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Outside Sales or Business Development.
- Strong desire to work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
